Admissions

ADMISSIONS:

Elite Education is a nonpublic education institution committed to equal opportunity and access to quality education. The institution is non-sectarian and employs no admissions exams. Admission to the institution is open to all students on a non-discriminatory basis without regard to race, color, national origin, creed, sex, ethnicity, behavior, age, ancestry, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability. Elite Education admits students of any race, color, national origin, or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students.

 

Elite Education operates on a monthly cohort admissions process for each academic program, and these are published annually in our academic calendars.

A $50 non-refundable application fee is due at the time of application and does not guarantee admission into the prospective students' desired academic program of choice.

GENERAL ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS - ALL PROGRAMS:

â–ªStudents must provide proof of high school graduation (conferred, official transcript); or 
 Proof of high school equivalent (GED) from the organization obtained.

â–ªProof of United States citizenship (valid government identification / Social Security card / US Passport)

â–ªProof of identification (valid government-issued ID/driver's license / US passport)

â–ªStudents must have reliable and consistent access to the internet and a computer (or similar device)from the beginning of their academic program.

 

Note: Elite Education academic programs are not designed to be completed by smartphone.

PROGRAMMATIC ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

Certificate in Medical Assisting:

  • All general admission requirements; and

  • Hepatitis B vaccination/or titer
    (or a signed Hepatitis B declination statement)

  • Tuberculosis skin test (2-step) or
    blood test (negative results)

  • Flu vaccination
    (seasonal: September – February academic start dates)

  • Solid color scrub top and bottom
    (navy blue color)

  • Clinical closed-toe shoes
    (athletic shoes or similar, no crocs or open-toe/open-heel)

  • Criminal background check  included in tuition
    (no felony convictions)

  • Drug screening (negative results) before clinical externship  included in tuition

PROGRAMMATIC ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

Phlebotomy Technician Certification:

  • All general admission requirements, and;

  • Solid color scrub top and bottom
    (navy blue color) 

  • Clinical closed-toe shoes
    (athletic shoes or similar, no crocs or open-toe/open-heel)

  • Students understand they will be required to perform venipunctures on other students, faculty, and volunteers, and have venipunctures performed on them.

PROGRAMMATIC ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:


Certificate in Medical Coding:

  • All general admission requirements, and

  • No additional requirements
