Frequently Asked Questions: Is this for new or renewal certifications: Our course is designed for those who are obtaining their first BLS certification or a seasoned professional. Will course participants need to get on the floor? Yes. High-quality CPR can not be perfomed | simulated anywhere else. Student will perform skills on the floor. What should I wear to class? Participants should wear comfortable clothes, as this will be interactive with skills demonstration with a mannequin on the floor. When will students get their CPR card? Students will receive their American Heart eCard the same day of the course. Email will come from: eCards@heart.org How long will students certification be good for? All certifications are valid for TWO YEARS.
